The Arts Wellbeing Collective is proud to partner with the Equity Foundation, Film Victoria and Creative Victoria to present a series of workshops and seminars in Melbourne with one of the world’s leading intimacy coordinators, Ita O’Brien.

**Workshop attendance is by application only. Applications close 1 November 2018.**

Under-rehearsed or unsafe intimate scenes do not serve the production or keep the participants safe. There are countless examples of poor practice leaving actors with lasting damage and often compromising the production.

These workshops and seminars will give actors, directors, producers, writers and crew from the stage and screen industries a unique opportunity to learn Ita’s best practice approaches to intimacy, simulated sex scenes, and nudity, implementing the Intimacy On Set Guidelines.

Ita O’Brien works internationally as an intimacy coordinator and movement director in film, television, and theatre. She also teaches in some of Britain’s premier acting schools, hosts Intimacy on Set Workshops around the world, devises her own work, and publishes research.
