This Mental Health Matinee is an invitation to stop, attend and explore taking care of yourself through the practice of self-compassion.
Self-compassion involves becoming aware of, validating and transforming tiredness, stress, isolation, and self-judgment into connection, understanding, kindness and compassion. If possible, you are invited to sit in a quiet and peaceful space – comfortable clothes are encouraged.
