Whether you’re an independent artist or a major institution with thousands of team members, the Arts Wellbeing Collective is for you.
The Arts Wellbeing Collective is designed by and for people working in the performing arts industry. This includes people in training institutes, as well as people who normally work in the industry, even when you’re not currently working for whatever reason.

Who is the Arts Wellbeing Collective for?
Membership is primarily for live performance organisations and individuals operating in Victoria, Australia, though we welcome members from throughout the rest of Australia and from around the world.
Wherever our members are based, we are united by a shared vision for a thriving performing arts industry where everyone is enabled and supported to do their best work.

The Arts Wellbeing Collective is for organisations and people working in the Australian live performing arts industry.
We welcome all types of organisations: commercial and not-for-profit entities as well as fringe, small-to-medium and large organisations including festivals.
We welcome people from all roles, including but not limited to: freelancers and sole traders, customer service team members, technical and production crew members, wardrobes, sets and props craftspeople, maintenance and cleaning staff, administration and management staff, and performers and creatives.
We welcome people training to work in the performing arts, and those who normally work in the industry, even if you are not currently working.
All resources, services and initiatives are specifically tailored to meet the needs of people working in the Australian live performance context.
No. Membership is free of charge and opt-in and obligation-free. All workshops, resources and initiatives provided by the Arts Wellbeing Collective are open access and free of charge.
